At Sierra Vacation Rentals, we believe in doing management differently, and it starts with one principle: we are owners too. I’m Shannon, and I began this company after owning three vacation homes myself and watching firsthand how some management companies treated owners’ properties like numbers, not investments.
WHY WE STARTED
We live, breathe and invest in the same Okanagan lifestyle: Kelowna in summer, Big White in winter, West Kelowna vineyards in between. This isn’t a side-gig for us—it’s our life, our investment and our focus.
Walking away from the auto-industry, I chose to build something where I had passion, purpose and ownership. I named the business after my daughter, Sierra —everything I do is for her future and yours. I wanted to help owners just like me: bring success, transparency and profitability to their rental investments.
